Fighting Fit Prehab offers prehab specific physical activity sessions for individuals who have received a diagnosis of cancer. The low-impact fitness session will include up to 45 mins of low impact physical activity followed by the opportunity for refreshments and peer support.
The United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals Cancer Prehabilitation Service can help support some patients health and wellbeing as part of their cancer journey. The service supports people with a cancer diagnosis to be in the best possible health before they start their cancer treatment.
